1: Product Character and usage.

HEPA and ULPA filter (abbreviation: air filter) : a purification spare part effect for 0.3um particle or 0.12um particle, the filtration effective more than 99.95% - 99.9995%, it used for electronic, pharmacy, food, beverage , precise instrument, cosmetics ,field and so on. The product transit and use must be according to our illustration so that ensure the product character in use.

2: Transportation and Storage:

1: The filter must be placed in container according to arrow direction on carton

when it is on transportation to prevent filter media and separator from damage

or peel off. (E.g. picture 1)

2: when the goods in carrying, we hold it in hands must in diagonal, the carrier must be careful, prevent filter slip in hands.

3: the goods pack in three floors and wrap up the goods with clear plastic. And then protect by Plywood protect at outside.

4: the filter place on a plate according the arrow direction, and keep out of more

than 20kg strength with the goods.

5: the storage should be balancing temperature, clean, dry and good ventilate

environment.

6: the goods in storage should be place on pallets keep form moisture. (E.g. picture

4)

7: The package’s heights could not be more than 3 floors, in case of the bottom filter take on too much pressure.

8: If the goods storage time more than 3 year, it should be retest!

3: Open the carton：

1:  open the carton and turn over the direction, take out the filter and split the PE bag at flat place. (E.g. picture 5)

2:  the filter was carried by hands without any media touch. In case of there is some Object touch the media, we need retest principle!

4: Installation and adjust

1: the filter should be installed in constant temperature, constant pressure and constant humidity environment. If you need fix in special environment, (such as high temperature, high humidity), please choose special HEPA filter. Terrible environment will reduce filter life. Even if can not work well, please check the media and the frame if all right before install. Otherwise please contact us.

2: when you install the filter, please pay attention for the air proof between the filter and install frame, (or cabinet). The carriage bolt press on the gasket 1/3 thickness should be best. We advise use our company gasket to ensure the air proof (If you use the High temperature filter, it must be use our high temperature gasket).

3: when you change the filter, please clear the rust on the wall in case of the rust and particular fall on the filter media as result broken.

4: please install the filter according to the air flow arrow direction.  The arrow direction is air flow outlet.

5; please hold the filter frame by hands and move it into vent slowly. You can not support the filter media by hands or head (e.g. picture 8)

B: Transportation and Storage

   ●   Transport filter in flat

   ○   The hands have gloves to carry the filter.

○   The packing height can not more than three floor.

   C: Open and install

   ●   while open the carton or transportation, don’t touch the filter media with hands or other object.      

○  when you install the filter, please don’t rap the frame.

   △  Open the carton and check if the media and frame ok.

△  Install the filter according to the arrow direction. 

△  when you install the HEPA filter with clapboard, pls pay attention to ripple with air flow direction.( (e.g. picture 7)

6: Filter structure:

Frame, gasket, filter media, spacer, glue, hot-melt spacer, protective net, PU foam.

7: The HEPA filter life and maintenance

A: General speaking, if the filter finally pressure is double or triple than primary pressure, it is time to change a new air filter.

B; please check and test the area clean class, the test date should satisfy with workshop require.

C: if you often change the pre-filter or secondary filter, it can prolong the HEPA filter life. 

8. Problem and solution

             

Problem	Reason	Solution
There is some particular when you scan	1:the surface of media has particular 2: the frame have small aperture.	1: with the air blow the filter for a while, the particular will take off 2: repair glue
After installing in clean room, we find there air leakage	1; the gasket was broken 2: the installation frame or air hole has small leakage	1: change the gasket. 2: check the install frame and air hole. Proof it with glue.
After finishing installation, the clean room system can not reach requirement in test.	1.       Clean room inside is sub-pressure. 2.       The system pressure is not enough.	Increase air flow in system
