the air shower. It is designed according to the principle of clean room. Please
read the brochure with additional introduction if you use the special products.

material or size are changed. By safety reason, please reading carefully and
safekeeping for reference.

i. Product characteristic and use
The air shower
is a necessary channel for people or goods entering into the clean room in
order to minimize the amount of particulate contaminants. Personnel move through
the air shower while the particulate contaminants are blow off by the clean
high air velocity. It be widely used in electronics, micro-electronics,
precision instruments, laboratory equipments, food processing, beverage,
aviation, pharmacy, optical electricity, semiconductor etc.

iii. Safety events
The basis of safety terms
l
Don’t
set the equipment up on a big dirty and easy shaky place.
l
Don’t
use some erodible , diluent or solvent liquid to wipe the equipment to avoid
loss color or destroy the paint.
l
Forbid
to use the following place: low temperature, high temperature, humid,
lampblack, fog place etc.
l
Don’t
scratch the surface of stainless steel by your hand or any petrous stuff.
The safety about electricity
l
Set
the equipment up firstly and then get the electricity.
l
Please
confirm the power supply before you use the equipment.
l
The
fan’s power is 380v; 3 phase. The fan will be reversal eddy if you connect
reversedly, then the speed will be reduced or naught. Now, you just change any
phase .It will be ok.
The safety events about operation
l
This
equipment has not blastproof. Please don’t use this machine in a explosive
place.
l
In
a normal atmosphere condition, this machine’s outlier resistance should be more
than 20mΩ and the outlier resistance should be more than 2mΩ after humidity
test.
l
Don’t
repeat on or off the switch in one minute, that can protect the machine.
l
The
door will be interlocked when it get power. Meanwhile, you just can open one
door. The interlocked system will be out of control if you open the two doors
in the same time.
l
The
air shower will be work when you get in and the door closed. After air shower
is finished, the entrance was closed. You only out by exit door. You can not to
exit from the entrance that will be destroying the interlocked system.
l
In
air shower working time, you can push the stop button to cancel the program and
then you can open the two doors.
l
If
you find any problem in the operation, please stop the program or cut off the
power supply and then contact supervisor or our staff.
l
You
must cut off the power supply before you troubleshooting in order to keep you
and machine safely.
l
Forbid
to refit the machine to avoid getting an electric shock or fire. We have
warranty without refit of machine.
l
Don’t
put the heavy stuff on the wire and push the wire. If the wire is destroyed, it
is easy to get an electric shock or fire.
l
Don’t
use the fuse over the limit when you change the new fuse.
l
Please
cut off the power supply in a period of long-team suspension.
l
Please
ensure grounding.

Configuration characteristic and principle
1) Configuration
characteristic
i.
It
is a patent design. The corner of external box is arc angle. (We can design the
corner of external box for right angle by customized.)
ii.
It adopts automatic control system. Also, it
has interlocker, infrared detector. When the person come in the chamber, the
two doors will be locked and the machine will be work automatically.
iii.
The
external material is stainless steel or cold rolled steel. Regarding the cold
rolled steel ,it adopts pickling technology and painted disposal for antistatic
iv.
The
door, doorframe, handle, thicker floor and nozzle all is stainless steel.
v.
It
adopts digital display and adjustable working time system on the display.
2) Principle
After air
through the pre-filter, the special fan press the air to the HIP box, then the
air through HEPA filter. Finally, the high clean air comes out from the nozzle.
Meanwhile, the high clean air can clean the dust particle from persons or goods
quickly.
4.
Installation
1)
For
considering the usage period, we kindly advise you to set the machine up in the
room, which has 100 thousand class or better.
2)
The
installation place should be away from the volume dust.
3)
The steps for installing（unassembled
machine）:
Confirm the placeà Lay the
bottom boardà Set box upà Tighten the screws between board and
boxà Install the doorà Tighten the screws between door and boxà Install the top boardà Tighten the screws between top board

5. Control
panel and key-press description
A. control panel
A. key-press
in air shower control panel:
1. E-stop: The
red e-stop inductor turn on once press the e-stop key-press at any time, and
all outlet will be cut off automatically except the light. Once pressed it
again, the system will come back the initialed state. This key-press is mainly
used in the state of unlocking the entrance and exit door, stopping the air
showering automatically and other maintenance.
2. Air shower:
Pressed the key-press after the entrance and exit door are locked, system is turning
to the showering process. This key-press is mainly used in the state of door
magnet or infrared inductor is out of control or fan maintenance.
3. Light: the
air shower lighting can be on and off once press the light key-press. This
key-press is mainly used in the state of the door magnet is out of control or
light maintenance.
4. up time and
down time: It not only can prolong the showering time when press this key-press
before or after showering but also can adjust or option in the inner parameter
setting.
B. air
shower inductor light and digital pie display
1.air shower
countdown display: It is double red digital pie display, when working it
display the showering time setting and showering leavings time and menu
parameter when setting menu.
2. Entrance
door open: This light is on when the entrance door is opened. It can be checked
weather the outside magnet is ok.
3. RF switch:
This light is on when body at the induction area. It can be checked weather the
photoelectricity switch is ok.
4. Exit door
open: This light is on when the exit door is opened. It can be checked weather
the exit door magnet is ok.
5. Air shower: When
the fan is turned on automatically or by hand, this light is on.
6. E-stop: It
is at the emergency state when this light is on.
7. Light: The
light is turned on when someone press the light key-press and it can be press
for on and off again.
Warning: Please do not touch any key during operation.

6. Usage
A. description
for air shower working parameter setting
1. System has
one outer time parameter setting: It can modify the showering time setting,
outer parameter setting through the up time and down time key-press directly.
2. In parameter
setting, the air shower comes into the state of inner parameter setting when
press the e-stop key-press for 3 seconds continuously. At the same time, it
shows SJ in digital pie. E-stop key-press is used as setting key-press; air
shower key-press is used as changed-page key-press, up time and down time
key-press is used for adjusting setting parameter. For example, when pressed
the air shower key-press, the digital pie will shower TI. TO. TC. TL. Td. Tn6
circularly. Press the up time and down time key-press will shower the parameter
of prolong time or function state. System has 4 inner time and 2 function parameter
setting: TI entrance door unlock prolong setting. TO exit door unlock prolong
setting, TC air shower unlock setting, TL light prolong setting, Td function
setting, Tn door exchanged setting. After setting, it will save and come back
setting state if there is no operation in 5 seconds.
B. air
shower working parameter setting operation
1. Air shower
time setting: this is option for outer time parameter. The showering prolong
time can be changed through up time and down time key-press before or after
showering, the adjustment time us 1-99 seconds, and it also will show on double
digital pie. 5 seconds later, system will save the parameter automatically.
2. Entrance
door unlocking prolongs setting: This is option for inner time. When pressed
the e-stop key-press continuously for 3 seconds, digital pie will show: SJ system
comes to the inner parameter setting; When pressed air shower key-press, digital
pie will show: TI and pressed up time and down time key-press again, entrance
door unlock prolong time can be checked and the unit is second. It can be
adjusted from 0-99 seconds through pressed up time and down time key-press,
confirmed and came to next option through pressed air shower key-press. If there
is no operation in 5 seconds, system will save parameter and exit the setting.
3. exit door
unlocking prolong setting TO: after finish entrance door setting, it still
needs to press the air shower key-press during in 5 seconds, then comes to the
exit door unlock setting (TO), it can be checked and adjusted during 0-99
seconds through pressed up time and down time key-press. Confirmed and came to
next option through pressed air shower key-press. If there is no operation in 5
seconds, system will save parameter and exit the setting.
4. Prolong
unlocking setting after showering TC:
After finish light
setting, pressed air shower key-press again during in 5seconds, it comes to
prolong unlocking setting, checked and adjusted light prolong time from
0-99minutes through up time and down time key-press. confirmed and came to next
option through pressing air shower key-press. If there is no operation in 5
seconds, system will save parameter and exit the setting.
5. Function
setting Td.
Setting 0 is
common type, the process is “entrance –- induction – showering –exit”. Setting
1 is non-induction type; the process is “entrance – showering – exit”. Setting
2 is no door type, the process is “induction – showering”
6. Door
exchanged function setting Tn
There are two states
for door exchanged function setting: 0 and 1. setting 0 is regulate state，setting 1 is exchanged. For example,
once the front and back door are exchanged in live fixing and fixed up the
setting is 1, it will change to regulate state.
C. air
shower working process
1. Enter into clean area
1.1 Opened the
outside door who want to enter into the clean area, the inside lock will be
locked automatically in order to prevent un-clean air come into the clean area,
and at the same time, light in the air shower and working light induction outside
will turn on.
1.2 After
entered into the air shower and closed the outside door, the voice prompting
system will say “Please step into the induction area”. The infrared system begins to
check weather there is someone. If yes, it will turn to showering process.
1.3 Outside and inside door will be locked before showering. The fan
will ran and begin to showering, meanwhile, the countdown is beginning to
count. The voice prompting system will say “Please turn your body 360 degree during
operation”
1.4 If system check there is nobody in the air shower after outside
door is closed, inside door will be unlocked automatically and come back to the
waiting state and the infrared will continue to check, if there is someone,
inside and outside door will locked and begin to showering.
1.7 After
showering, inside door will be unlocked. The voice prompting system will say “Operation
is completed，please leave
through the back door back
door”.
1.8 When
someone exit from the air shower and inside door is closed, system will return
to initial state and wait to next usage.
1.9 After
showering and inside door are unlocked, if someone still do not leave the air
shower after in the stated time, system will default that someone is out and system
will come back to the waiting state.
1.10 After the
light is on, if there is no operation in the stated time, the light will be off
automatically.
2. Exit the clean area
2.1 Opened the
inside door, the outside door locked will be locked automatically, light in air
shower and working indication light will be on.
2.2 Enter into
the air shower, closed the inside door and system begin to check weather there
is someone in it, if not, inside and outside door will be unlocked.
2.3 If checked
there is someone in it, when someone open the outside door, the inside door
will be locked. If closed the outside door, system will back to initial state.
2.4 If happened
special state, people can choose back to clean area. When someone open the
inside door and outside door is locked, system will come back to initial state.
2.5 After
opened outside door and system checked that there is nobody in it in stated
time, at this time if opened the outside door, system will enter into clean
area process; if opened the inside door, system will exit clean area process.
2.6 After the
light is on, if there is no operation in the stated time, the light will be off
automatically.

8.
Maintenance
1)
By
the clean rate of environment, usually change pre-filter about 1-6 months and
HEPA filter about 6-12 months.
2)
Usually,
supervisor should be checking the clean rate of clean zone by the particle
counter in each two months. If the checking result isn’t noncoincidence with the
required rate, please check it. (Leak or the HEPA filter is null). If the HEPA
filter is not working, please change new one.
3)
Please
cut off the power supply when you change the prefilter or HEPA filter.
4)
Attention
about changing the HEPA filter:
u
Please
ensure the filter paper with intactness when you change the HEPA filter. Don’t
touch the filter paper.
u
Please
check the HEPA filter in a bright place before you change it. If the filter
paper with any leak, please don’t use it.
u
When
you change the HEPA filter, please open the lid firstly, and then take the
press stick off. Finally, take the null filter out, and change the new one.
(Please the arrow of HEPA filter should be coincidence with air flow arrow.)
Meantime, you will set back the lid up before ensuring the frame was
airproofed.
9.
Transportation and store
1)
Transportation:
It is suitable for normal conveyance, but it can’t put sidle and impacting.
Meanwhile, please don’t put it directly down below sunning, raining or snow.
2)
Store:
the packing equipment should place in a breezy warehouse with the humidity of
no more than 85%. Meantime, the environment can’t contain any acidic, alkaline
or corrosive air.
3)
The
expiration of filter is available in 180 days in packing state.
10. Unpacking and examination
1)
Please
open the packing with attention.
2)
Please
check the product is right after unpacking, and then checks everything with
packing list. If found any wrong, please contact us in one week.
Warranty
Notice:
1) From
the date you buy this production, we would start to calculate the guarantee. In
guarantee period, if in correct operation status, the production has any
problem, we would supply service for free. The customer should save this
document and supply it to us when you need service. Normally, the guarantee period
is 12 months.
2) We will provide a charged service for the follow status:
i.
Customers
can’t to show the warranty or valid receipt.
ii.
The
warranty hasn’t the stamp, date and retailer’s name. The malfunction caused by
the operation method, which it didn’t follow the introduction.
iii.
The
malfunction caused by disassemble, repair and refit without manufacturer
authorization.
3) The warranty’s item must be written by the customers and the period
for 12 months.
4) We can’t renew the warranty for any missing.
